Drop off Recycling
NRC manages over 100 Drop-Off Recycling collection bins. All are dual-stream, meaning you can place all the accepted plastic materials in the same container.

Community Awareness
NRC Community Awareness programs are generally prepared around the schools, female associations and fishing communities. It can be defined as a knowledge created program through interaction between community people and its environment. It involves states of knowledge on how to convert wastes as a currency by cleaning the environment. As a result of the NRC community awareness programs, over 25 schools and 10 fishery communities are onboard for regional environmental services.
Eco Cleanups
From being ridden with trash to being trash-free areas, NRC successful beach clean-ups creates long lasting impacts on local beaches and the environment. NRC is ready to host a coastal clean-up every weekend and several cleanups can be planned simultaneously in several locations. We warmly welcome volunteers, individuals, corporates, communities and governs parties to onboard with us.
Recovery Yard
The NRC Recovery Yard accepts a wide range of recyclable materials. Our specialised human workforce separates such materials into PET, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, PP, ABS, Aluminum, etc. Finally, the segregated materials are sent for recycling or upcycling in the forms of bales, flakes or pellets.

Empowering People
NRC has provided more than 200 direct and indirect job opportunities for the people who lives around the 30km stretch from the Negambo. Mainly, we occupy our stakeholders for the social, economic & education empowerment activities and currently over 100 female employees are working with us on development of the regional waste plastic collection network.
NRC creates opportunities for its indirect employees to earn Rs 10,000/- to Rs 100,000/= as a monthly collection incentive through the regional recycling programs.
